    A service-industry standard, Adams® Multi-Part Guest Check Pads are ideal for capturing your guests' food and beverage orders. Perforated at top with consecutive numbering, each check features plenty of space to capture the menu selections as well as the server, table and number-of-guests details. Carbonless, multipart format allows you provide a copy to your guest or kitchen while keeping clean copies for your records. Handy wraparound cover can be placed between sets as you fill out a check to prevent write-through. Rigid backing provides a stable writing surface.
